Re: Migrants/Asylum Seekers/Refugees. ??
This weeks International Express a Readers letter from South Africa.
Twenty years ago, a legacy of Apartheid was a lethal electrical fence around the borders of South Africa, to keep people out. Mandela in a blaze on international adulation, switched it off. Humanitarian Mandela! Seven million African refugees flooded into the country, overwhelming social services and infrastructure; building shanty towns around every town and dorp; begging on every road intersection; turning the hospitals into places of horror; working for peanuts and taking jobs from the indigenous population; sending the crime wave sky high; spreading diseases that had not been seen here in a century and triggering successive outbursts of xenophobia. Humanitarian Mandela! Sentimentally virtuous people always produce more evil in this world than acknowledged villains. Where were the UN and EU in this. Nowhere. Why spoil Mandelas magnanimous gesture by cavilling over the details. Now it is Europes turn. please don't ask us to take any, this ANC government is just daft enough to agree. To England, my advice is to flood the Channel Tunnel immediately. Signed############South Africa
There are other similar letters. Whatever is happening in Europe even though the politicians may have their eyes off the big picture, obviously the people are watching........ Don't shoot the messenger JS

Re: Migrants/Asylum Seekers/Refugees. ??
attest from Germany, it would appear that about 40% of the people flooding in are not from Syria!!!!! They are from a number of countries and just joining in the throng. Great stuff if you can get away with it.

Happy daze John in Oz.

Re: Migrants/Asylum Seekers/Refugees. ??
What P's me off is that if I am guest in someone's home, I have to comply with their wishes.
A M'slim comes into a country the country has to comply with their wishes.
An article in the Daily Mail about Germany, girls in a town have been warned to go out at night, nor dress with short skirts or wear plunging neckline blouses, because it is against the m'slim ways.
The camp where they are housed is the biggest brothel, girls and young children regularly raped, if they rapists ever get caught, cut off their manhood, as they do with a thief, return them to where ever they came from.
Regards
Vic

The system thats slowing the migration down, its called the approach of European winter. the pictures emerging from the very cold nights now in central European shows them swathed in blankets, but heart breaking bits are seeing those kids in misery, sleeping in the open. Theres a clip on the BBC site where they are trying to sort out a little girls knees, swollen from walking day after day, it gets to the old heart, kt

Maybe its coming up to the time re. the ill found boats setting sail, to take one of Nelsons sayings when holding his telescope to his blind eye and saying, I see no ships, or maybe that should have been done from the start. What should have been done from the start was return them from whence they came which in most cases was the shores of Libya instead of picking them up a few miles off the coast and landing them on the continent of Europe. This is not Dunkirk and does not require a Dunkirk response. It is self made problems which again the pollies have taken the wrong corrective measures to alleviate. Once again the only country up to now which has acted correctly and is being abused for it, is Hungary. JS

Re: Migrants/Asylum Seekers/Refugees. ??
Throughout Europe I can find only one politician who speaks the truth and that is the Hungarian president who has told the head of the EU (Junkers?) that he can stuff the EU plans to divvy up all these migrants between all the EU countries where the sun does not shine. He is also warning that by allowing all these migrants into Europe the Christian Europe is in danger of being overrun by a foreign religion.
At last a politician speaking the truth Hurrah.

p.s. according to some reports at least 30000 Europeans of a certain religion have gone to Syria to join I.S., time to start carpet bombing methinks.

Re: Migrants/Asylum Seekers/Refugees. ??
Watching Putins speech last night at the UN, the first noticeable thing was the not so professional way it was stage managed unlike the ones by western leaders, it did not receive any outstanding acclaimations and one was shown the audiences faces of boredom in lots of cases. He is not the best of communicators and his demeanour is not that of the usual professional actor like most in the west. However a lot of what he said was true whether the UN like it or not, is just too bad, he calls for a total united front which includes Russia, and have Russias input in to the present standing of the present regime in Syria. If the west had gone with Putins instincts in the first place there would be no warring factions in Syria now, and as most of the general public see if Russia says one thing the US will say the opposite and vice versa, this is not a United Nations. Most have been by now over the years been brainwashed about Putins aims on advancement and encroachment on other countries which is no better or worse if the truth was known as any other country when they practice Regime change, which in itself is a demeanour and wrong. The west is now reaping the benefits of its failed Regime Change policy which was illegal in the first place, which has by now acceded its use by date. It must also come hard for the likes of the Russian people who were inundated with western propaganda when the Soviet had troops in Afghanastan and they were broadcasting the act of supplying the rebels killing Russian troops with the arms supplied to the same by the US, even Bin Lid was hailed as a hero by western television until he was accused and killed by same US for his misdemeanours, also in Iraq the deposed leader later executed was also a so called ally of the US in its fight against Iran. The US has a habit of choosing the wrong friends it seems. The debacle of Vietnam was just one of many instances. If the likes of China and Russia were not vetoing votes in the UN God only knows what other disasters would have occurred. Whatever to what stage of brainwashing or other political beliefs people have, the likes of China and Russia are very necessary in the make up of the UN. JS
