The judge has just admitted that he was wrong to dismiss the jury and allow the case to collapse.He stated the witness (m/slim) chose to swear on the Bible so therefore his evidence should've been accepted.What a waste of money and time.

What absolutely astounds me is that recently a full scale effort was made to identify the football hooligans who would not allow a black guy on the train, and were singing racial chants, this was shown on TV, and i believe is still ongoing, as only one ex police man has been identified . This was absolutely right, and i hope they catch all concerned. The part that astounds me is that these Mooslam so called clerics can openly on our streets preach hatred, and apart from filming these meetings, no arrest is made. This was apparent recently in the case of the 15 year old who planned to behead a soldier on our street, the photo of him at one of these meetings was shown on TV only last week. Are we afraid to arrest them?, this is blatant dual standards KT

Ivan, my friend, may I offer a word or caution, please be careful in your wording. A while ago I made a similar statement(wording) similar to what you say in reply to a post on here and a member complained volubly this was followed by a few others who agreed that it was in bad taste against ******s and consequently the post which I put on in good humour, gallows humour though I might add, was taken off.

Fouro,for years this building was known to scousers as Brougham Terrace (pronounced Brome) many got married here as it was the Registry Office.Yes it was the Registry Of Births Deaths & Marriages,the last time that I was in there was to obtain a Birth Certificate for my wife's sister who lives in Oz.I believe that Liverpool C.C.no longer own the building and it is now being turned back into a mosque.
