Re: Pig and Whistle!
It is funny the things that this site drags back out of the Memory , The Marsden Grotto , warm evenings at the Beach with Vaux Double Maxims , New Year's day there watching idiots swimming out to the Rock , The Zillertal with a drunk conducting the band , Crayfish thermadore in the Officers Club Durban . The Limbo Dancer in the Nelson Bat Mombasa , the Not hetrosexual Padres organising football matches along the East African Coast . The pretty Mauritian girls dosed up after a visit from a US Military ship , with a nasty form of Syphilis , making a bag off very dangerous . Sad , all memories , but very good ones for a cold damp English winter's evening !!!

You Guys make me quite envious at times.I was never fortunate enough to sail in a Ship with a Pig and Whistle.Didn't have them in Tramps and Tankers. My fault really. It was my decision after a couple of Union Castle Mailships, that passenger Liners weren't for me.
