Automatic fault answering
I had a fault with my Virgin Media Internet and TV services last month , When I rang from my Virginmedia telephone , I got an automatic answer that said they were aware of the fault , the problem lasted over five days , so i rang after teh event and was promised a rebate , I never got it and have just spent twenty minutes arguing until i got a rebate The lady in India said why I had not been given a rebate off my bill was because I had not reported the fault , I told her about the automatic answering , that put me in a loop to nowhere , so after being a customer for ten years she has just given me the direct numbers that by-passes the silly automatic answering machine , I oved teh if you did not report a fault you dont have one , and the system that blocks you reporting known faults , all a bit strange to me !!!

They used to have an annual get together of Virgins in Portsmouth , a dance and disco , but they have not found a new venue since British Telecom took the phone box away
