Just wait till the nurse doesn't change your bed pan. Word has it you were talking to Donald when you were taped. My regards to Pat and Mrs Goodworthy.

Falling off a ladder is stupid. If you are prone to doing so then you must learn how to fall with the ladder, this way you will do less damage to yourself. I was up mine on Saturday cleaning gutters and potting gutter mesh yup to keep the gum leaves out. You do see some odd sights when up a ladder viewing the neighbors.

A couple of months ago I went for a routine health check with one of the nurses in my doctor's surgery. When the results of the blood tests came back it was found I had lost 50% of red blood cells and was severely anaemic . This explains why I had been feeling low on energy and breathless . I was prescribed iron tablets and the doctor said he would contact the hospital to arrange a date to have camera's check the inside of my body , one down and one up , to find where the blood loss was occurring. I now have a date , March 21 , but this is only a consultation.
They cause may be found sometime in the future when the autopsy is performed.

Sorry to hear that Louis, are things that slow in the hospitals. A mate of mine phoned me the other day that he had Prostrate cancer plus cancer in the bones as well. Only the other month he was saying he took no tablets or anything for his health. Anyhow he was whipped straight into hospital and getting treatment straight away, he is still going away on a cruise in May, regardless. Don't know what his insurance will be, that is if he takes any. Hope everything turns out ok for you. Cheers JS

Louis I have been attending the haematology clinic now once a month for the past couple of years, when I went last week my hemoglobin was down to 82 I asked could I have a blood transfusion to bump it up so I had 2 units the next day it's surprising how much better you feel not as lethargic and not out of breath.I don't know about checking up where you are losing it I'm not losing it anywhere but it just drops.Where I went to the day ward for the transfusion all the patients know each other,it's like a little club, hello Bob,hello Frank, hello Norma and so on,they are all there on a regular basis one guy I spoke to he has 2 units every month.I think a unit is about a pint.
    Regards.

    Hi Louis,
I too have been feeling very breathless and tiredness, so what you posted has motivated me to have a test. I am going to the Hospital on Friday to see a Cardiologist, so I will mention those Symptoms.
