You were right about the sea training school it was in the west dock I went there in 1956

Was your instructor called MR COWARD ? if so he was still at the school in 65, he lived in Penarth.

My father in law went to this school probably around 61-63. I am trying to trace his seagoing records, discharge book andd ships he sailed on. I know that he did 2 trips both from the Cardiff pool, & 1 def to Australia.
Could anyone be able to tell me if u could still get a copy of the discharge book & would I be able to get a Copy of the ships logs that he sailed on.
