    Get better soon Lou - nothing like a few days in bed to get a bit of sympathy and TLC - not nice flu, I sympathize but you will soon get over it. I should follow the prescriptions that your shipmates have prescribed and you will soon be back amongst us all.

    PS If you have your laptop in bed, just mind what you do with your dongle !!!!!

    Thank you all for the very kind wishes for my heaith after reading all of them i feel a lot better
    It sure knocked me back a bit but my family made sure that i was well looked after plenty of hot soups and stay in bed (on my own no nice nurse to hold my hand not that i would have appreciate that .
    Had my first G&T yesterday it tasted like it came out of the Otago Harbour but i will try another one today
