Hello All
Hello all.
Looked at this site today and saw some guys ex Bibby Line and also some shipmates from "Ships Nostalgiia"
so thought I should register here.
Profile.
Trained as R/O at Riversdale Liverpool and then joined Bibby Line in 1967.
Ships:
Coventry City(several voyages), Cheshire (60's Cargo Ship) Atlantic Bridge, Worcestershire, Warwichshire (2 seperate voyages) Cheshire (car/bulk carrier) Oxforshire (sister to Cheshire) Lincolnshire (LPG Carrier) English Bridge and several voyages on Dart America and Dart Atlantic.
Came ashore late in 1975 to teach at Brunel College Bristol, where I still am, although there is no Salt left in what we do here anymore.
Looking forward to viewing this site and meeting new ship mates.
Best Wishes
Alan

Hi Alan,
I do not think you will remember me, I attended Brunel college in 1975 in order to undergo training for the
six month Electronics diploma... I am ex Bibby Line [1975-1985]. Thought they were were a really good company to work for. Did not realise that the college in Bristol was still in going.
Ships sailed on :-

Hampshire
Devonshire
Staffordshire x2
Lincolnshire x5
Wiltshire
Best wishes
Geoff Valentine
