Hi all
Hello all, i am hoping this site may be able to help me. I am researching about the Ro-Ro ferry Zenobia. It sank in 1980 with no loss of life off the coast of Cyprus. I do not know if there was any british seamen on board, i am guessing probably not. But i am wondering if anyone knows the direction to point me to try and locate a manifest of the ships vehicles somehow, where would you ask?
Any help would be greatly recieved

Re: Hi all
Your first port of call would possibly be the Cyprus Maritime Authority, they would be able to tell you the name of the registered owners, who if still in existence, should (rather than would) be able to source the vessel's manifest showing what vehicles were on board. However if they no longer exist, you will have little hope and not all countries/companies in certain countries kept meticulous records. Your other route would be to contact the Cyprus Customs Authorities with the same caveat as previous.

Re: Hi all
Mat just in case, you didn’t have a great grandfather called Capt. Ireland did you. Would have to be your grandad and not your Dad at your age. Otherwise the best of luck in your queries. Regards JS

Re: Hi all
Try contacting Maritime Cyprus | International Maritime News Forum you have to search for contact details and replies are not guaranteed, but it's another channel to try
