My Dad Was On Dominion Monarch

Hi There

My dad Graeme Rapley from Christchurch New Zealand sailed on the Dominion Monarch late 50's early 60's. He was a fitter and turner by trade and worked down in the engine room.
He passed away recently and I have all the slides and photos that he took on his travels along with a photo album etc.
I was just wondering if any of you remembered him

hi vicky. i was on he Dominion Monarch in the eary fifties. a nice boat with only one class of passenger.
i was in catering and we did not see much of the engine room boys. i'm sure you will get some replies from other DM lads. if you want you can always put your photo's on the gallery. especially if your dad has any with other engine room lads. alf

Thanks Alf, I have a huge box of photos which I will go through and post in the Gallery. Dad was also on another boat but for the life of me I can't remember the name
