Government doings
A reply from Des prompted me to write this one.
He was complaining about the Ferry in Sydney and a few other points.
But he is not alone on this one.
We had a ferry Service from Melbourne to Tasmania with regular sailings all year.
Very popular as being in Melbourne it was very central.
But the gov moved it some 90 klm down the road to Geelong, why?
Well it leaves more room for the cruise ships to come in, three in yesterday.
During the season regular cruise ships call in, somewhere in the order of 115 per year.
They do bring in billions for the state good for the economy.
Now we can have more in at any one time, a money making grab, nothing new there.
But we were told the move would be good for those who use the ferry service!!!
But what is it about polis that they can lie bare faced and get away with it?
We are their employers and if we lied to our employers the way they do we would be out on our ear quick smart.
And this lot looked like being put back in on the 26th of the month.
Agghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Re: Government doings
Your Premier obviously doesn’t want his double glazing job back then John ?. Must have been too hard for him when employed as such , however must be much easier today with all the cold weather. JS....

Re: Government doings
Our premier has never done a days work in his life.
Left uni, or maybe failed not sure on that one, got a job as a staffer then parachuted into a safe seat for labor.

Re: Government doings
There is a problem with our local feral MP. he actually did have a feal job before entering politics.
He was an engineer for RACV, our road side assistance company.
He knows how to tighten a few nuts, needs to in our parliament.
