verses from songs
Its a strange thing how lines from old songs spring to mind from time to time for instance
THERE HOOFS WERE MADE OF STEEL
THERES A SHIP ALL RIGGED AND READY IN THE HARBOUR
IM A BRITISH TANKER MAN HOMEWARD BOUND FROM ABADAN
WALTZING MATILDA
MANY A TEAR HAS TO FALL
RED SAILS IN THE SUNSET
NIGHTIME WOULD FIND ME IN ROSAS CANTINA
PUT YOUR SWEET LIPS A LITTLE NEARER TO THE PHONE
AND THE BAND PLAYED WALTZING MATILDA
WHEN YOU WALK THOUGH A STORM
VIA CON DIOS MY DARLING
BET MOST REMEMBER THEM.....CAPPY

Think Marian would be quicker on the draw than Billy the kid, Cappy. She makes a good Sherriff , a friend in need is a friend indeed . Have you got the a/c in the shed yet ? Ready for your 3 week summer ? Cheers JS

Vernon.
A lovely day down here in the deep south, first time this summer the sun was really hot, which for any part of Aus is odd.
