Thomas is nice to see you posting again , beleive it or not sometimes your posts bring a bit of normalcy to whatever crap is going on . Hope whatever you have been up to over the holiday period has been legal Haven’t been out fishing have you ? My mate has a few dozen cray fish which are waiting for consumption. JS.

what is normality whatever it is im pleased to say i dont believe im any worse than others, but i suppose normal in the sense of the meaning in the english dictionary is something ive never claimed to have been.
as to where i have been devoting my time, well i have been working on my sons house, as he is determined to get the best out of these old bones as well as any sheckels or doubloons he may find when i finally go on to better things,

i certainly will put you down as a beneficiary, there may not be enough left when i go to pay for a absolute blow out but at least it could end with a blow of the ragmans horn,
as for the crabs there better served in black bean sauce and ginger, with a dry white wine to taste, and you have got to wear a bib though when eating them as the sauce goes everywhere, as for cappys recipe well he is more refined in his dining than i.

I am afraid the eating habits of our dear mate Cappy would leave a lot to be desired from many on site.
He has never been the same since Mary gave him one of her serves, he had to eat in in bed on her request.

i was told by a certain member, no names no pack drill , that cappy favours delicacies such as the new zealand green lipped mussel as it smacks of flavours that he constantly reminisces about especially with brown sauce, but his absolute favourite is the japanese mussel which he says is very very similar in looks to the real ones.

well tom must agree i like mussels ...but anything with a green hue at the moment is not my choice at all .....comes with too much bias

If I recall with Mary in bed it was always Fish Fingers with a splinter off her leg as a tooth pick.
