2021 census in the U.K.

Received our census form yesterday. Census day is 21st of march. The census is all on line only though there is a free telephone number you can phone for help in filling in your household details.
So poor old granny and grandpa are expected to be computer savvy, blind or partially sighted have to phone, any other disabled person has to phone. The form says fill it in on the 21st or shortly thereafter and submit it on 21st.
Expect government computers to be overloaded and crash on that date.

Received it two weeks ago here. All we got was an advice letter with a personal Identity login number. Took 5 minutes to fill in and simple to do.
You can apply to have a paper Cencus form sent if you prefer.

I am in that situation with my old aunty who has alzheimers, struggles to dial a number, even if it is in front of her, you can submit a paper request for the hard copy form, but she is still shielding and not even capable of walking to the nearest post box; arrived today and there are many repetitive and stupid questions like state your date of birth, do you attend school or are you a student, name requested on about 3 different pages etc
