Re: Make my day.
When asked my age I always reply, 'I am a 16 year old with currently 60 years experience'.
Most are not good at maths so it goes no further.
I still act as a younger man, climbing ladders, cutting down trees, chopping fire wood.
You must keep active as much as possible, stop and you go to seed.

Re: Make my day.
Johno, re. ladder, trees, and roof.
Two questions:
One. How do you set your ladder over a safety net?
Two. Do you expect to bounce if you slip and hit the deck?
Cheers, Rodders.

Well Rodders I do not own such a net.
But over time I have learned to fall with the ladder, not off it.
Had a few problems over time, but then again too few to mention, but did fall one day and ended up on the pergola roof.
Six months later after a bone scan prior to an op the surgeon asked me how I had broken the bone in my knee?????
When I told him I had fallen off the roof he asked what was I doing up there?
I told him that at that moment falling off it!! End of conversation.
