    Just a question here
    I am fairly good with Computers etc but am stumped at why when I download pics I have taken with my Phone (In Colour) and then Transferred to my Computer into a Bluetooth Exchange Folder which has always been the Norm, they come out after downloading to the Site in Black and White!??? As above show.
    Any suggestions as to why this happens!

    hi, Im jims son - visiting for Xmas. Im an apple Mac user so Ill take a guess . Theres going to a setting your colour management that's probably accidently been pressed . It may even be in the QUALITY section -where it may give you a choice of how many colours/monochrome. have a look round there , good luck and seasons greetings . Gary
