    Default Airbags

I watched on our News last Night about the massive recall of Cars for Airbag replacements.
There are Thousands all over .

Many various types of cars are included.i often wonder why it takes so long to find out about these sorts of things!

Although I still love my car (VW Golf) my Model is included in the listing, whicj means I will have to take in in soon ,but for safety reasons I don't have a problem with that,as VW will give Loan Car for the duration!

    Just another hitch!
    Is your Car listed!?
    Cheers

Have since checked here in Aus,and thus far I see the VW is as yet not on the list!
That list I later saw was from the USA found out when putting my VIN Number in to check ,it came back as not listed!
So for now no need for me to take it in!
But may still pop up on the Aus list later!
    Cheers

I'm hoping that it doesn't apply to my car but with the recent Volkswagen scandals over diesel engines I found that Audi have been very good over re calls and I've been very quick at telling you if there's a fault with your car

OMG Vernon, when I saw the title the first thing I thought of was the mother in law.

But it is a serious problem with over 40 deaths world wide attributed to them.

There has been a voluntary recall going on for two years now but the gov has now insisted on a compulsory one as so many owners have not bothered to follow up.
According to figures Oz is the hardest hit with this problem for some reason.
    Happy daze John in Oz.
