Best I can claim to that sort of thing is a High Dive from the Stern of a Liner ,and that was bad enough! Never went in quite right! Soer of a sideways one! LOL

Not so bad Vernon, over the past four years I have become very adapt at falling off ladders.
Twice last year and so far only one broken bone back in 2015.
It is all in how you go with the ladder and not off it.

Sometimes though the professionals get it wrong as well, just watch the video a couple of times, see if you can spot the sheep legging it. This lad was back racing again within 12 months. Mad or what.
