Hi shipmates, A little story for you all, My shipmate mike, a cardiff pool man, Age 88 today? I see him a couple of times a week in passing, First time he has been down the docks for 30+ years, this weekend he made the trip , he sail from Cardiff for over 20+ years, just to have a look around? he told me ? most of the old pubs, have gone we drank in a few of them together long ago, Well Walking around he was stopped by a business women, who wanted £120 for her service, he last remember the prices was £10 in our day for the works, I normaly got it for a bag of chips, and a few drinks? what has happen to our good time girls down bute street? If I go to cardiff docks again I will take a few bars of soap, may get lucky ?
