Wee Burney is all mouth and no trousers, she is a typical Politician put the bullshit deflectors up in order to deflect her own parties failing. Her party gave Scotland a £15b deficit last year.
Based on that amount of deficit, Scotland fails to make the criteria for joining her favoured EU.
She talks about exenaphobia but her party is the worst example of any political party.

Vic, I think Europe would allow the Scots in, regardless if they met the criteria or not, they would do that just to spite us !!. What the Eu does not realise is the more they put our backs up the more bolshy we get, when Obama came and tried to persuade us to stay it had the opposite effect , just my idea anyway , kt

Keith, I don't think so, Spain would definitely block as it would pave the way for Catalan Independence.
According t the papers the Scots economy is worse than Greece, could you imagine the restrictions imposed on Scotland if they were allowed in.

My thoughts are thus.
She failed to get independence before.
She failed to get vote on the EU.
If she is daft enough to put the two together Ie. Lets get independence ,and also get to stay in the Eu, I think her bum is out the window.
I for one voted for independence and to leave the EU. ( yes I confess) But to get independence and stay in EU , I think the independence will have to lose my Vote. I think many Scots think the same .
Leaving the EU is more Important just now than independence.
