Going by one of the graphs in the background of the song saw the troposphere. This brought back memories of old meteorology questions, wish at times had kept books. However perhaps someone else can confirm the estimated distances. The first is the Earths Atmosphere, then come the Tropopause ( 27 miles seems to stick in my mind) then the Troposphere , then the stratosphere, then space. Think but may be wrong but 200 miles seems to stick in mind also for the Earths atmosphere. Cheers JS
