ambience marian when I was a drinker I was a drinker only ever took notice of the bottom of an empty glass barb would ask where have you been? how the hell would I know I would answer?? jp

For some reason the Legs of Man and the American Bar stick in my mind. The Legs of man probably because was the first pub on arriving or the last one leaving Liverpool via Lime St. station. Also the one down Dock Road, well known so well known I cant remember its name where all the fallen women used to get. JS

Dock Road pub John was most probably Mables.
