police are called every 10 minutes to A+E to assaults on nurses and staff... what can be done? jp

Give them an injection to knock them out.
Then Charge them for assault, wasting Hospital time at Consultants fees rate, and throw them in a tank to sober up.
Our local hospital was clogged up with drunks. If they can afford to get drunk or use Drugs then they can afford to pay.
