Absolutely love wood, have just had £13,500 worth of Sapele windows fitted to my house. If anyone is visiting North Island NZ a visit to the Kauri museum is a must

Yes, saw some houses in NZ made from a particular pine, cannot recall the name, but this stuff lasts for ever. There are some houses made of this stuff over 100 years old and selling for a fortune.
