Hi shipmates, but on a serious note, due the very high bills for all types of fuel in the U.K. How many old and sick/disable people will die from the cold this year?

The Government has announced that it will be investigating a completely new energy, which will be free, doesn't generate any Co2 and will be environmentally friendly.
Its going to harness the hot air generated by Mp's in the House of Commons.
