Re: A New place to live
Members of the local bowling club and one in Moama on the Murray, only a two hour drive for us.
Get points for all purchases, food, grog etc,
The local club is very good, 10% discount on grog and food for members which also gives 10 points per dollar on spend, and also on pokies if you play them.
End of last year we had enough points to get a three course meal for Terri and my brother, all the grog and enough left for another two meals for Terri and I.

Vernon.
Go to Service One, the old RTA and inquire, Take your pension card, it is only NSW that gives them. I think there may be Time left, On mine it says Regional Seniors travel card, you must be close to Reginal there, no harm in asking. We have had these for two years and also dinning out cards two per person, also travel cards.

Re: A New place to live
Here in Victoria we get nothing like that, just a dictator as premier.
But he has given to all who apply $250 towards the cost of power this year, al from our taxes you understand!
We are allowed one train trip per year care of Missing Link, but apart from the usual concessions little else.
