Woe is me Lads, woe is me! My quick get rich scheme has come to naught. Did I tell you about the young couple I share(d) an alottment with? Well my get rich quick was to flog all the gear to Vernon for a small profit so he could victual ship and make a few bob too. But woe is me, my 'murphies' (this will please Spud) all caught the blight then passed it on to the toms., and the beans withered on the vine. All I've got left is jars of pickled beetroot(bottled by W.R.s fair hands before her probs.,) lots of onions, marrows and pumpkins. I wondered if the 'Witches' could use the pumpkins? If they cut the tops off and scraped out the centres they could use 'em as portable cauldrons. Des could buy the marrows and stuff 'em with onions and minced beef and Vernon could serve it up with pickled beets. Maybe thats what we ought to do, raid a few allotments and fill the ship's hold with fresh produce and flog it to supermarkets but not Tesco's.
Maybe I could become a male escort and provide willing services, willing but not sure about the able.
