You wonder how they can be so far out in the estimated cost of the build,you would expect a couple of million but not billions.Mind you a million is nothing now is it.
The estimated cost of the vessel and it's sister ship is £6.2 billion well over the initial projected cost of £3.65 billion.As the work will not be completed until 2020 I imagine the cost will rise further.
