I was on the Kiwi coast late 50s and 60s, but can't place the mane. I lived in Manurewa and Titirangi at the time. Hope you can get some answers through Vernon's directions.

Des, you obviously survived our wild and wonderful waters. My grandfather said the Tasman was the trickiest he sailed on. Thanks for the interest. Gives me the push to carry on looking. 4.20 am here. Madness .
