    I agree whole heartedly that a good recipe for the above is certainly worth having. I haven't hada decent kedgeree since I came ashore in 1970!!

    Please, a recipe!

    Try this:-
    Cooked LG Rice
    Sliced onions
    Garlic
    Curry Powder
    Boiled Eggs
    Smoked Cod or Tin Salmon

    Saute the onions and Garlic add Curry powder cook for a couple of minutes then add cooked rice.
    Add the Cooked smoked cod or Tin Salmon, add sliced boiled eggs with chopped parsely. season to taste. enjoy.

    Default Kedgeree.

    Ray,
    could you please let us have some idea of the quantities
    of ingredients for your kedgeree.
    At sea we always had it as part of our breakfast,
    and it moulded into a sort of pyramid shape.
    Does anybody know how that was done?

    They put one layer on rice on th eplate, then another one on top of that but a bit smaller and keep doing so until they reach the top of the pyramid>
