Roll on, thou deep and dark blue Ocean – roll!
Ten thousand fleets sweep over thee in vain;
Man marks the earth with ruin – his control
Stops with the shore; -- upon the watery plain
The wrecks are all thy deed, not doth remain
A shadow of man’s ravage, save his own,
When for a moment, like a drop of rain,
He sinks into thy depths with bubbling groan,
Without a grave, unknell’d, uncoffin’d, and unknown.

Poetry is something else isnt it,and to think that at one time i really didnt care for it at all,but after reading Poems late in the 1980,s i got to see the meanings of them,and it sort of grabbed me!

Love to sit in a quiet place with a book of Poems sometimes and just drift with them,it sort of mesmorises me!
