    Default lookout

in another life long long ago.......the lights of a ship at night I saw....I stood on lookout near the ships bell....the night was cold and she rose to a swell.....from where had she come from .......to where would she go.....was something impossible for me to know........my relief arrived and my thoughts were sunk........and quick as a flash I was off to my bunk

    Oh there's hairs on this
    And there's hairs on that
    And there's hairs
    On my dog Tiny
And the man on the wheel
Said go and have a feel
    Of the girl I've left
    Behind me.
    Regards.

I did quite a bit of time in the platehouse on the Britain I decided I've had enough of this I'l get myself a tux and go waiting on.I seen the head waiter, yes no problem you can have a job winging.I got the new tuxedo and the trimmings and we sailed to Montreal and there I was a tourist winger.I dont think I must've been any good because when we arrived back in Liverpool the head waiter approach me and he was singing to the tune of "Knees up Mother Brown" "Back to the platehouse you must go e i e i e.i oh".
    Regards.
