Poppy’s well known from the Great War,
near, forgot till a new furore.
Armies set against the foe,
Sailor’s poppies - those below.

Please remember with an open heart,
all that fell and did depart.
Remembrance - tide and all that gave,
Eternal sailors – no known grave.

Let those who come after see to it that his name be not forgotten".
