Well done and a great reminder of my time aboard Orient Line ships, "Otranto "Orsova" and "Orontes" in the early middle '50s as an Assistant Purser and subsequently joining the Company in Australia until 1986! Regards David Dickinson.

Orient Line merged with P & O in 1960, but the Orient Liners retained their distinctive corn coloured hulls for some time after that. In the case of Orcades, she was repainted in the white of P & O during her 1964 refit.
