    Default A slow news day?

    Just read this article.
PNTL ships may soon have sails fitted.
Big question though!!! why was it sticking around th Anglesey.
To me obvious weathering and waiting for a berth, but as usual the media add a wee touch of Merde Le taureau.

The concept of ships with sails of sorts has been around fora couple of years now, but only a concept ship has been seen.

To date there is at least one chemical tanker and two Newcastle max bulkers fitted with some form of wind sails, they expect around 5% saving on fuel costs.
