Eurovision song contest
Any watch the Eurovision song contest finals last night?
I watched a few of the acts then came the UK entry. A bunch of puffs dancing around with a couple of pairs of socks stuck down their Fruit of the loom Y fronts. The guy singing must sit down for a pee. Jesus H Christ if that was the best we had as an entry ffs!!. Switched off and read a book.
Cannot avoid the result as it was on the news. The Swiss entry won, IT describes itself as non binary so cannot make it's mind up if it is a grunter or a shunter.
What is the western world coming to!!!!!
Sorry for my choice of words if it offends some on here.

Re: Eurovision song contest
It was plastered all over our news, first time we have seen any of it, what a load of rubbish, if this is entertainment I give up, but feel sorry for the young of today having to put up with this utter rubbish, no wonder they are running around with knives.

Your choice of words reminds me of my younger days, train spotting .Out in the fresh air prancing from one platform to another and not a puffer in sight.

Re: Eurovision song contest
No mention of the song that won. Boom Bang a Bang would be appropriate but I think it’s been done already.

I gave up watching that years ago, even then I was watching it only because my wife had it on but fortunately she stopped watching it also. My main complaint is how the news services deem it as newsworthy.

Artificial intelligence could do a better job than this.
Even the most AI, those in parliament could do a better job.

Re: Eurovision song contest
We knew where we were with artistes, mountebanks, and strolling players. In those days we were all expressions of an analogue function - now we have the emergence, or erection, of a non-binary life form. A hosing down with seawater might help. I'll get my coat.
