For some reason only known to some officials, those the gov sent to the Vietnam war were seen on return as something bad.
It is only in recent times some of their heroics have been appreciated.

Well John it was a dirty war as seen by millions on TV. One little Country that got away with not being noted to much was NZ where agent orange was produced, a nerve agent that even to this today causes child defects.

Having been there and seen some of the remains of the war along with a doco made at the time, all I saw was a dirty filthy war between USA and Russia just using Vietnam as a battle ground.

I see Palestine may be granted membership of UN, Israel objects on the grounds it rewards HAMAS.
Yet the majority do not see it that way.
Could befun times ahead.

Re Vietnam at the other end of the dirty war one could nearly say that the counter offensive was Vietnam Rose. Which I am sure the military put a blanket of silence over. It would have been too shocking for the general public to know why their mostly sons spent so long in hospital getting treatment for. JS.

UK says it will not stop supplying arms to Israel, not that we supply them with very much £510 million since 2008.
But I suppose with Grant Shapps being Jewish(current secretary of state for defence) no suprises there then, him and several others. Some have since moved on but here is a list from this current government cabinet members.

I am sure I may get a warning over this post but when you consider the Jewish population of the UK is 0.46% to me they seem to be extremely well represented in the UK Government.
Perhaps it is no real surprise as to the attitude of the current government to support Israel the way they do.
Cameron an unelected foreign secretary , everytime he opens his mouth he makes a fool of himself and the UK. Does he actually think any major world player pays attention to what he has to say,? Well perhaps he is happy to pi-ss off China and Russia !!! Time we stopped issuing threats to the big fellas before we end up with a bloody nose, if not worse.

When asked Grant Shapps said it is not the fault of the MOD, it is the fault of the contractor responsible for Armed forces pay roll accounts, ffs!! a contractor Cameron says it is the Chinese who did it, ever think they are saying we can hack any UK government department any time we feel like it!!!

Career polis do not care what you and I think, they go along on their own journey oblivious to what is going on.
They are just members of a club, a big one full of those who think they know the answer and what is good for us, not them though, they are different

Thye have cobbled together a policy to combat the next pandemic, when ever that may be.


But what they have produced is not so good for us.
The Pharmaceutical division will do very well.
But in this piece of legislation, more like a business case, nations will have to ensure compulsory vaccination, compulsory lock down along with a few other nasties.

...but what they where doing which the Western press conveniently never reported was to get them away from the Korans most diabolical passages, One doesn't hear anything these days in the western media about the release of the people there with no trouble anymore, compare that with the middle East.

All they want is Gaza clear of all so they can claim the land, they will go to any extent to do that.

Israel forcibly removing all Israelis residents from Gaza in 2005 contradicts that. If all the $$$$ billions paid to the Gazans over the decades (including all the free medical support they receive from various charities) was not hugely spent on tunnel networks (that have the sole purpose that would lead to the eradication of Israel), but on desalination plants and renewable energy schemes, the Gazans would be self-sufficient. Thousands of Gazans were working in Israel daily, that ALL stopped after 7/10.
