Well not an easy death, all submariners have my sympathy when they are caught down below, whether they be Argentinian, American, British,Russian or Chinese. It would be a terrifying way to go.

Whatever nationality if a member of the armed forces they don’t advertise their accidental deaths to all and sundry. I was aware of a half dozen during my stint when working for the MOD , but never saw any big publicity on them. JS

There is a theory here that those who believe all such stories without actual proof use social media to get their daily dose of misinformation.

Re: Reports of Chinese sub
It does puzzle me why people like to put on bad news stories of Countries that their Govt's or maybe the Murdock press like to push, and ignore something good, because the countries in question are on the other side so to speak.
One in question is the story about the Chinese in The North Chinese state where they have reeducated the M community, these people used to kill and bomb the ordinary people during the Isis problem, the occasion that really put a stop to them was when about 130 of them went berserk stabbed many ordinary Chinese people. Th govt put many behind bars and they have now been, after about ten years been accepted back into the community,. There have been about two million Chinese tourists visits since they ways where changed, with no longer any problems.

Des, our friend Murdoch will publish any article if he thinks it will sell copy.
Good news never does.
The mor horrific the story the better he thinks it will go.

Thankfully I do not use any form of social media, not like some who live on it.
