Also remember the bell ringing when someone had gone to the gallows.
Pierpoint would always stop at a friends parents pub for a pint afterwards.

my wife watches it so I have to as well Des. I get sick of shouting the correct answer at the television screen but they never take any notice. Some of the words I call them if they heard would have me up for slander. Cheers JS.

Lewis, I too shout at idiots on TV, particularly polis, but it makes no difference they never listen.
But on some quiz shows you really have to wonder at some of the answers.
Using the brain is now not an alternative it would appear.
