    Hi Tony.
Yes on a meter, don't mind if that freezes over may keep the water bill down. We drink spring water , I buy two or three big demijohns of water a week, too much chemicals in the water as well as fluoride.

Come down to Melbourne Des, we have some of the finest water in the world.

WE do not get frozen pipes, just the occasional burst one.

Was going to go under the house to lag them but when I gt down on my knees I found that the door had shrunk, or so it seemed I don't think I could get under there.

This morning woke up to snow, about two feet, at least when it melts it will water the lawn, that hasn't had any rain for about two months now.

Some very heavy falls on some of the NSW ski mountains.

Know what you mean about the door shrinking.

Same thing happened to some of my clothes when taken out in spring.

Lack o0f sunlight and fresh air during winter and they shrink.

You must have a better excuse than that John ? Why not blame Climate Change ? Caused by the changes in the relative Humidity.? Cheers JS..

When I got married way back in what now looks like the dark ages I was 11.2 stones, 71.2 kilo ringing wet.
Since then I have accumulated an additional now weight on a good day about 90.5 kilo, bone dry.
