Maybe consider shopping to be delivered after you order on line.
Spend more time with your feet up rather than your face on the ground.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

    Hi John
Sorry to hear that, not good way for the neighbors to see you, you will have to concentrate and make your mind think it is back on the bridge, I doubt you ever fell over there , maybe stumbled after some shore leave.
    Take more care mate.

I have also an appointment also in August to attend for a geriatric assessment. My wife also this month for a second go. Geriatric was a word of derision for old people when I was a kid, but there is a lot of us around today.
It soon comes round. Cheers JS

    Hi John
When I go from my yahoo account to this site it comes up with some stupid news items but sumetimes interesting stuff, but I usually click off it, but today there was an item about a new discovery as to why Memory loss is occurring in old people, so I had a peek, silly mistake it was some Yank selling a medicine he had concocted, they give me the S&&s, last time I watch a video on there.

Had my first compulsory medical three years ago, compulsory here in Victoria for all over 75.
Within two minutes I said to the nurse,
'IO am not suffering from Dementia'
She looked at me in horror saying you are the first to note on that.
Bloody simple I told her, seen how it is done in USA on video, same as here.
Se her every year and we just chat, no longer worry about the test.
