In 1971 just about to leave school I saw an advert for British Shipping Federation at Liverpool. Thinking it was a Shipping company I arranged an appointment to find otherwise. I was given various brochures and chose Trident Tankers. The rest as they say is history

Hi Ian. I found an advert in a local newspaper for Trident Tankers. I was interviewed by a company superintendent at Dundee in 1966 and was excepted as a junior engineer.
