Forum Member Passed Away
Hi all, I hope this is ok to post here.
It is with a great amount of sadness that I must announce that my dear father and former Merchant Seaman and Cory Towage Tug Skipper (Milford Haven) 'Colin Pook' passed away yesterday at Withybush General Hospital, West Wales, Pembrokeshire. He was 84 and had been fighting illness for around 8 months.
I know he was a regular visitor to these forums and very much enjoyed engaging in conversation and memories. I am looking forward to reading his many posts.
Best Regards.
Deiniol Pook.

Re: Forum Member Passed Away
My sincere condolences to you and the immediate Family on your sad loss.
It is always sad to hear of a death, but more so on this site , as most Notices are for ex Merchant Seaman and we as a MN Group feel the losses!
May your dear Father now have calm winds to fill his sails and take him to the places he so loved during his time at Sea.
RIP.
Sincerely
