Makes you wonder why they name beer after cats ? In Singapore it’s a tiger you put in a tank. Maybe because they all taste like cats pzzz , not that I can say in all truth have ever tasted cats pzzz to compare. Cheers JS

#31 Realize that Des, but just think of all those few thousand bodies on board all wearing timepieces, plus all the clocks distributed throughout the ship ,can you imagine everyone of them being on different times ? Cheers JS.

I never have problems with my clock or watch on a cruise.
Both are permanently set at Australian Eastern Time, summer time to you.
I have learned over the years to add or subtract accordingly to match the local time.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

I have several watches in my draw, never wear a watch now. If I want to know the time I look at my phone, it automatically updates to the time zone you are in. Same as the date. Clever bits of kit are mobiles.

    Hi John.
His nose and mouth twitch, and his stomach grumbles, in tune to the shutters going up.

That’s what they used to say about the British Empire John, Now it’s “ The Sun never sets on the British Commonwealth”, Ideally the way to travel would be by a hot air balloon at the same time as the apparent sun movement caused by the orbit of the earth around it , as the earth moves at approx. 600 knots at the equator, hang on to your hat and your glass of course. Cheers with the right motivation could maybe bribe the skipper to make for the dateline and have a continuous new year going backwards and forwards. All the best for same if we don’t see you in the New Year will know where you are. Cheers JS
