Sunken Atomic Submarine
Satellite images show the Chinese nuclear submarine Zhou sunk at her fitting out berth in the builders shipyard..
Heads will roll.

It reminded me of a happening in Swansea, A coaster was loading coal, using the tipping method, railway wagons where tipping the coal strait into the holds, the crew went ashore for a last beer, left their ports open didn't they, easily done. the ship rolled slightly to port and she filled up with sea water and sunk.
