A & P have announced closure of their Teesside facility with all work being moved to the Tyne. Staff being offered jobs at the Tyne yard.

Had the "pleasure" of working in A&P Tyne for a 4 week demob, it was like going back in time regarding the facilities for the men. Pleased I was working for a contractor as we had our own.
When the job was finished I went to hand my pass in and the guy said to keep a hold of it for the next time I was in the yard, told him I wouldn't be back and haven't.
Still good for the lads that are working there, some I spoke to had been working there for years.
