Curacao for bunkers. If you didn't have a spill the C/Eng would give you a bottle of Blue or Orange Curacao Liqueur from his back-hander.

Nearest I got was Aruba, but heard tell of BUgis Street in Singapore which I believe is now very upmarket area. Red Lights frowned upon in this area now.
