#8 just do what I did a few weeks back , wait for the best looking nurse on duty and call out nurse I want the bag on my leg emptying and my nappy changed it’s getting very uncomfortable , and bring the baby powder. The only off putting part was if they insisted on wearing rubber gloves . Was still trying to work out a ploy where they didn’t have to wear when was told to go to the toilet myself and only call for them if fell over. JS

Did you have to drag the stand along with all the bits on it, not easy getting in and out with that thing.
First morning after the op they got me out of bed and said take a walk, what with this thing hanging on?
A kindly nurse took my arm and lead the way.

#10 A couple of days after my extremely limited interview with the London Inner Council , I was back down in London think it was John Kilgours for another interview for a chief officers job on the Sunprincess an old C 1A from the war years converted to a cargo passenger vessel . I was wined and dined and claimed the usual travelling expenses which they immediately upgraded to first class plus taxis meals on train and assured me I had the job. The reason for the upgrading of expenses being of suspicious mind , was to give themselves the same benefits as probably already did so when travelling themselves. The job was working for Canadian management and American Ownership and paid in US dollars well in excess of British wages . JS

#12 No I had the movable toilet seat to fit over the permanent one, and was wheeled around in style . I was on my back for most of the time until the last week and was then shown how to use a walking frame and crutches to get around. I was that keen to get out went like the clappers on both ,and so was discharged complete with urine bag an all.Had to go back a week later and have objects removed from myself watched by an audience of young nurses and the wisecracking commentary of the Chinese doctor . #16, Reminds me John of that old adage, [to pregnant mothers] ' leave your dignity at the door on the way in...and collect it on departure!

Maybe that’s where these flashers were and hear about were indoctrinated into their law breaking habit and at one time they were pure and law abiding citizens . Shyness soon disappears , now maybe will have to fight against the flashing problem. Maybe why John in Oz goes around only half dressed in shorts and flip flops ready at all times to drop them ? The dress code I use allows me to take advantage of the good weather and to run at speed should the need arise.
Alos wear a hat and always sunnies outside and driving.
You must look the part.
