    Hello
A Servant can walk away - a slave cannot. No money, no ID. Nothing to say who they are or where they have come from. I know from my daughter, Elaine
( Hope for Justice | End Slavery. Change Lives. ) that youngsters who are trafficked here are told that the Police will beat them up if they are seen on the streets. Some come from that sort of culture in their own country so it is a believable story. It doesn't matter if you are flown around the world on private jets, if you haven't got money or ID you are trapped. Can't even catch a bus to get away.

Modern Slavery is the scourge of our Modern life. As I wrote in a previous post. HIDDEN IN PLAIN SIGHT. We need to keep our eyes open and report anything suspicious.

Then there are the ' County Lines'..... Young people are persuaded to be Drug Runners and cross the boundaries of our Counties to deliver drugs in the hope that the various Police Forces will not intrude into another's Police Force's area of jurisdiction. Hence crossing the County Lines. There is good money to be had for an easy job. The massive problem is then how do they get out of it ??

Keep your eyes peeled and your ears open ! Thanks.

The age of what was known as chivalry and good manners has long gone and in its place look around and see what has been left. Our present Monarch represents that age of long gone , and there must be plenty who would like to return to it. I would.Today the world is not even, fairly divided , it is open for any Tom Dick and Harry to mess up as they like and continue to do, every time getting that bit worse. JS. Think it was Lady Bowaters or very similar.
Bowes - Lyon I believe John. Biggest coal mine owners in N. East before nationalisation. The Bowes incline (gravity railway) ran thro my village taking coal to the staithes at Jarrow; all the rolling stock still had Bowes Lyon stencilled on them.

Then the question, which is best.
A democracy such as that of the UK with a monarch, or China with their form of communism?

Then of course you could go to Russia, fine if you are keen on snow and ice, have heard some of the best is in Siberia.

Or maybe some south sea island run by a depot.
The choice is there for all to make.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

The average person accepts what he is born into. It is the malcontentants who want to change the status quo usually. Everyone thinks the grass is greener on the other side. You only have to look at the criminal element of every country to realize the world is not made up with angels . Good and Bad mean different things to different people. The theory of Black and White hats should be changed to every self professed do-gooder wearing a khaki one, minding their on business and caring for their own. JS
