Man Overboard,
age 20, An Entertainer, from SUNDERLAND , has "fallen" overboard on the HARMONY OF THE SEAS,., one of those BIG ONES,
a search is on going.
I cannot understand how any one can "fall" overboard, the rails are too high,
people are Thrown over, or Climb and jump over,
This was on Christmas Day,
Sad.
A British crewman of a cruise ship is missing after falling overboard on Christmas Day.
Arron Hough, 20, is said to have fallen off the Royal Caribbean cruise ship, Harmony of the Seas, on Tuesday night off the coast of Puerto Rico.
The US Coast Guard station in San Juan, Puerto Rico, was notified that Hough went overboard in the Atlantic Ocean about 267 miles northwest of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, officials said.
According to his Twitter account, Hough was a performer in the musical “Grease” aboard the ship.

Re: Man Overboard,
The title of this post “ man Overboard “, has been the term as long as we have all been round. Wonder when the Pc brigade will ever get round to calling it sexist, and insist on person overboard. Doesn’t have the same ring to it somehow. JS

Re: Man Overboard,
Any body who has been to sea knows it is very difficult to " fall overboard", the rail is made that high to save people from doing so. To J. Sabourn, Shush the health & safety brigade mite be looking in. R.I.P. to the poor crew member of Harmony of the seas

Re: Man Overboard,
When on the cross channel service we were carrying school children supervised by the teachers who used to sit in the bar in case they were needed I lost count of how many times kids would sit on ships handrails with their legs dangling I would suggest that you couldn't fall over you will have to climb on the handrail first get your legs over the top of it and then falling would be much easier
